Aaron recently attended the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner:

The Derek Zoolander award for most "really, really, ridiculously good looking": Aaron Eckhart

There are celebrities who are hotter on screen than they are in real life, and then there are guys like Aaron Eckhart. Spotting Eckhart was easy because he was so handsome amongst the crowd that it was kind of like the infrared vision in Predator. Thankfully, he wasn't just a pretty face, he was also really friendly.

When I mentioned that I absolutely loved him in Thank You For Smoking and that I had seen and reviewed the film at a pre-screening in DC, he rolled up the sleeve of his jacket and said, "Check this out." before pointing to a cufflink that was engraved with "TYFS".

As we talked a bit more about the pre-screening, he sang the praises of TYFS director Jason Reitman saying that Reitman was "a real talent". Eckhart's chiseled features and classic Hollywood smile make him a shoe-in for this year's Prom King.

Welcome back! I hope you all like the new layout. :)

The gallery has had a huge update, with lots of new pictures for you all to enjoy. First and foremost, I would like thank fellow Aaron fan Cristina for sharing several photos she took when she was lucky enough to meet Aaron in London in September last year. Cristina said Aaron was "was really kind and polite."

First of all, I'm very sorry for not updating on Aaron's birthday earlier this week. My life has been pretty crazy recently and I clean forgot about it. Sorry Aaron! :(

Onto site updates, I've uploaded some new/old shots from the Paycheck press conference and some candids from the set of Traveling in Seattle. Thanks to moonrock for those pics and Sheryl for pointing them out!

Aaron has recently commented on the sad loss of his The Dark Knight co-star Heath Ledger. Here's what he had to say:

The very best may be yet to come. Ledger's performance as the Joker in the eagerly anticipated "The Dark Knight" — glimpsed briefly in a recent trailer — is already drawing raves from fans around the globe.

The trailer offers just a hint of Ledger's work in the film, "Dark Knight" co-star Aaron Eckhart maintained, confirming reports that, as Harvey "Two-Face" Dent, he shares the screen with Gotham's Clown Prince of Crime.

"I am glad that I was able to be in the same room and watch him work," Eckhart contended. "I had the chance to watch him shine in this movie. He did work that just blew me away. It's a shock."

Eckhart, cast as Harvey Two-Face Dent in this summer's Batman film, The Dark Knight, shares scenes with Ledger's Joker. "It's a devastating loss," said Eckhart. "In Batman he is stunning. I'm glad that people will be able to see him."
